Box office/evening box office
Open one hour before the start of the event in the foyer of the respective venue. Reserved tickets are deposited up to 30 minutes before the start of the event.

Ticket fees
All ticket prices are subject to fees.

Our tickets are sold by various providers. They charge different fees for advance booking and other system fees on top of the basic ticket price. We have no influence on the amount of the fees. For this reason, there are price differences between the various providers.

Discounts
Discounts in advance and at the box office

All pupils, students and trainees as well as people with proof of disability (from GdB 70), unemployed, BFD, FSJ, FÖJ, FWD and visitors with a Hannover-Aktiv-Pass are entitled to a discount. Proof must be shown on admission.

Accompanying persons
If a severely disabled person is dependent on a companion, they receive free admission. 

Multiple discounts are excluded.

Ticket purchase and accessibility
Tickets for wheelchair-accessible seating at all events of the Hanover University of Music, Drama and Media can be purchased at the advance booking office in the Künstlerhaus or at the box office. Admission for one accompanying person is free of charge.
